Aim
In many countries employees have an influence on the running of their organisation. In Holland a great part of this influence finds its form in the Works Council Acts. This Act requires all businesses that have more than 50 employees to establish a Works Council. During this training you’ll get a general view of this Act, and you’ll learn to work according to the most important sections of this Act.
